Suman Ranganath: back in business
Suman Ranganath is back to what she does best: breaking men’s hearts while she shakes her beautiful shapely body. Her item number song in Anjadiru produced by Krishne Gowda was shot in the dilapidated Mysore Lamps factory in Bangalore recently.
Suman, who started her film career through Kannada films, later migrated to Bollywood but never succeeded in getting a foothold there. She came back to Kannada with an item number in the Puneeth starrer Bindaas last year. Later she bagged a role in Buddhivantha opposite Upendra. Though Budhivantha had four more heroines, Suman, with her killer looks intact, was not left behind and was noticed. Budhivantha also gave her a chance to shake a leg with Upendra in the 'Chitranna' song, which was a rage among audiences.
Perhaps a new era is starting for this seductive actress, who had a bad time both in her professional and personal life in Bollywood. It will be interesting to see whether she will stay in Sandalwood or try to go back to Bollywood for a second stint.
