Sudanshu Pandey and Rakesh Bapat in trouble!
The producer of the forthcoming film Jaadu Sa Chal Gaya, Yogesh Verma seems to be having a tough time with the release of his first film. He has filed a case against the lead actors of his film Sudanshu Pandey and Rakesh Bapat, for allegedly threatening him. The actors want the films posters, which have been plastered all over Mumbai, to be removed. Giving their side of the story the actors said that the posters were extremely vulgar.
The producer said that the actors have not co-operated at all in spite of being paid the entire amount. According to Sudanshu and Rakesh, they were shocked when they saw the film's posters. The posters are very obscene and can prove to be detrimental for both their careers. They deny having threatened the producer. But they did call him and state that they would take him to court.
The producer seems to be having a lot of problems with his cast and crew. As a result of an issue with the director of the film, Dev Basu, his name has not figured in the film's credits. Also, a couple of weeks ago, Verma had sent a legal notice to the leading lady of the film, Meera Vasudevan for not completing the dubbing and not co-operating with the promotions. He wanted to claim damages amounting to Rs.1 crore. The film is scheduled to release on May 26.
