The multi-talented STR, who is known for his singing talents, has recently crooned a Telugu number in Madhura Sreedhar’s Back Bench Student. The director revealed that Mahat Raghavendra, who plays one of the leads, has been instrumental in getting STR to sing the song by suggesting his name. The song was recorded recently and the shoot will be happening soon. It is to be noted that it is STR is the one who introduced Mahat in his movie Vallavan and they share a good friendship. It doesn’t stop here, Kolaveri boy Anirudh Ravichander has sung the title song of the movie.

Back Bench Student features Mahat Raghavendra, Pia Bajpai and Archana Kavi in the lead roles. The story revolves around the life of backbenchers after college, heartbreaks, career issues and the problems of it at home. Set in the backdrops of Vizag, the shoot is progressing in full swing.
