Director Selvaraghavan’s long delayed Nenjam Marapathillai will finally be hitting the screens next month, on March 5 and the fans are super excitedly waiting for the d-day. The film is expected to have a grand opening at the box office, considering the hype and expectations surrounding the movie. Nenjam Marappathillai features SJ Suryah, Nandita Swetha and Regina Cassandra in the lead roles and it has music scored by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The ace composer’s work is going to be an important asset for the film and the fans are eagerly looking forward to hearing his sounds. As the film is all set to release in theatres across the world on March 5, it has now been officially announced that the film’s overseas theatrical distribution rights have been acquired by UIE (United India Exporters), a popular distribution firm in the overseas areas.

Having acquired the overseas rights of Nenjam Marappathillai, UIE officially released a new promo teaser from the film and it has been garnering attention from the fans. This teaser looks intriguing and it tells us that Nenjam Marappathillai is indeed going to be an intense watch. The promo teaser has excited the fans and the hype is felt on social media. The eccentric and impactful performances of SJ Suryah, Regina Cassandra and Nandita Swetha is expected to be one of the major highlights of the movie. Nenjam Marappathillai is produced by P Madan under the banner of Escape Artists Motion Pictures, in association with Glo Studios.

The film will be released in Tamil Nadu by T Muruganantham's Rockfort Entertainment. Nenjam Marappathillai is censored with a U/A certificate. Selvaraghavan’s longtime associate and close friend, Arvind Krishna has handled the film’s cinematography, while the editing is taken care of by GK Prasanna. Director Selvaraghavan is known for his strong content-driven films and on that note, Nenjam Marappathillai is expected to be an important film in the maverick filmmaker’s career. SJ Suryah will be seen in the role of ‘Ramsay’ in the film and this will be his next outing after Monster.
