The Madras High Court has rejected the petition of Simbu, who was seeking anticipatory bail in connection with the criminal proceedings initiated over the ‘Beep’ song. However, Justice B Rajendran, who is hearing the case, has advised the Coimbatore police to extend the date for his personal inquiry from Jan 2 to 5.
