Shruti to croon for Tamil Munni?
A few days back, we reported that sexy siren Mallika Sherawat will perform as Kollywood's Munni (the 'Munni Badnaam...' item number was performed by the sexy Malaika Khan in Hindi) in Simbu's Osthi (remake of Dabangg). Reportedly the actress has been paid a whooping Rs. 1.2 crores to do this item number in Tamil.
Now the latest buzz is that Kamal's daughter Shruti Haasan's is likely to croon the hit number in Tamil. An official confirmation is expected soon. In Osthi, music director Thaman has used the tunes from two songs of the Telugu flick Mirapakai; this much hyped item number is yet to be recorded and shot.
