Sernthu Polama released yesterday is a romantic musical film starring Vinay, Madhurima and Preethi Christina Paul in the lead roles. The cast also includes Nandu, Arun, Thambi Ramaiah and Thalaivasal Vijay.

Sernthu Polama is directed by Anil Kumar, a well known director in Mollywood. He has directed more than 35 films in Malayalam. He is debuting in Tamil as a director. Sernthu Polama marks the debut movie for producer Sasi Nambissan too.

He has produced the movie under the banner Aiswarya Entertainments. The film is about friends who get separated by destiny and meet again. There is romance mixed up with little flashback and suspense.
