Director Selvaraghavan seems to have set his eyes on his next! The buzz doing the rounds is that he has acquired the remake rights of the 1963 movie Nenjam Marappathillai, that starred Kalyan Kumar and Devika. This movie, directed by CV Sridhar, was about the story of a young man who visits his friend's village. On the visit, he ends up unconscious inside a dilapidated bungalow and then comes to know of his past life, especially the love and sorrow in it, with MS Vishwanathan's haunting music. The movie was well received by the audiences, and still remains fresh in the minds of many lovers of classics! Will Selvaraghavan's next movie after Irandam Ulagam be the remake of this movie? We have to wait and watch!
