As we had reported earlier, Sasikumar's untitled film with the Salim movie director NV Nirmal Kumar was being shot at Mumbai, with veteran actor Sarathkumar joining the cast. This action adventure movie is going on with its second schedule of 25 days, financed by Kalpataru Pictures. Yesterday, on June 8th, scenes of Sasikumar chasing the rowdies were being shot at the slums of Mumbai and in order to make believe the cameras were kept hidden as much as possible.
Believing it to be a true event, the residents of the area have contacted the police department, following which the policemen rounded up the movie crew. After reassuring that the chasing event was being shot for the movie to the policemen, the crew resumed shooting. Meanwhile, the Tamil people residing at the place recognized Sasikumar and he was engulfed by them for autographs and selfies.
Veteran director Bharathirajaa is playing a crucial role in the film for which the female lead and the music director are yet to be announced by the makers of the film.
