Karthi's Saguni team had picturised two romantic songs in the exotic locations of Poland. This is the first time that a Tamil movie has been shot in that country. The film is directed by Sankar Dayal (a former associate to Ezhil and S.D. Saba) and is likely to grace theatres on April 14, 2012 (Tamil New Year). In the film Karthi will play the role of Kamal, a street-smart rookie who, through his crooked yet intelligent moves, becomes the Chief Minister of a state. The film is produced by Dream Warriors and G.V. Prakash is composing its tunes. P.C. Muthiah is the cinematographer while Sreekar Prasad is in charge of editing. Rajeevan takes care of the art department.
The film also has Praneetha, Santhanam, Radikaa Sarathkumar, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Nasser, Roja and glam queen Mumtaz in prominent roles.
