It was earlier announced that the first single titled 'Saachitale' from the film Love Today will be released on August 1. Well, that day is here and so is the song. The makers of the film have officially released the lyric song and it is super peppy, and very groovy as is sure to get its listeners up on their feet dancing. The lyrics are fun and crisp which will also make the aforementioned listeners sing to the song as well. 

The 6 minutes 35 seconds video starts off with Pradeep Ranganathan talking to Yuvan Shankar Raja in his U1 music studio where he explains to the music composer the kind of song he wants. Pradeep mentions he wants the old Yuvan back which is followed by some moments of humor. Finally, the two get together and start collaborating as they come up with the tunes and lyrics together and we ultimately Yuvan carrying it on from there.

The song celebrates 25 years of the legend Yuvan Shankar Raja in the music biz. A message is dedicated to the composer in the video. It read. "Thanks for touching crores of people's life through out the world and here he is back with another love song for you all". The song then picks up which also features small little scenes from the upcoming flick. 

Love Today is helmed by director Pradeep Ranganathan and it will be his second directorial venture after having made the 2019 Jayam Ravi starrer Comali. Produced by Kalpathi S.Aghoram, Kalpathi S.Ganesh, and Kalpathi S.Suresh under the banner of AGS Entertainment, the film stars Pradeep Ranganathan and Naachiyaar fame Ivana as the male and female leads respectively with Radikaa Sarathkumar, Sathyaraj, Yogi Babu, and Raveena Ravi in pivotal roles. 

On the technical side, cinematography has been handled by Dinesh Purushothaman, editing by Pradeep E Raghav, art direction departments headed by MKT, and Yuvan Shankar Raja roped in as the music composer for the film. The film's shoot wrapped up just recently with the post-production work going in full swing. No other details regarding the film have been divulged and the date of release is still awaited by the public.
