Conversation, gossip, and water cooler talk about The Gray Man have been going on for the past few months. The reason why this film is garnering so much attention in comparison to other international films of the same caliber is because of the involvement of South Indian actor Dhanush in the movie.
We are all excited to see Dhanush share the screen with Hollywood biggies in this highly anticipated film which has been running through our minds for quite some time now. The film's director and its entire cast have been moving around to different places to promote The Gray Man. During these promotions, the cast tends to open up about how they landed their role or how it was to work with a fellow actor.
Earlier, a video was released in which Dhanush is heard saying he had no idea how he landed the role when asked how he actually did. He goes on to appreciate the work and trust of the Russo Brothers. Recently another video surfaced where Hollywood star Ryan Gosling can be heard praising Dhanush and also saying how lucky they were to have the Indian actor. Surely he shares some memories with the actor and they worked with one another during the fight scene between the two stars as well as Ana De Armas. The trio shares some fond memories together as Ryan can be heard saying, "Because it almost put Dhanush, Ana, and I in the hospital", to which everyone erupts in laughter.

During the same event, Dhanush praises Ryan. He says. "I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ryan for his kindness towards me throughout filming the stunt sequence. Ryan was very kind to me and very welcoming. He would often come on to me and enquire about me, my family, up until now. He has been very very kind. I am coming from a different world and coming here all the way, it is important to feel welcomed". This shows the bond between these two film stars from different industries.

The Gray Man is an upcoming film directed by the Russo Brothers based on the 2009 novel of the same name by Mark Greaney. The film stars Ryan Gosling, Chris Evans, Ana de Armas, Jessica Henwick, Dhanush, and Billy Bob Thornton. Produced by the brothers' company, AGBO, the film is intended to start a franchise based upon Greaney's Gray Man novels. With a production budget of $200 million, it is among the most expensive films made by Netflix. The film is scheduled for a digital release on Netflix on 22 July 2022.
