Rajni to resume shoot from October 3?
According to latest reports, the shooting of superstar Rajinikanth's much awaited Rana, which was postponed due to his health condition, will resume on October 3, 2011. Rajinikanth returned home recently after spending nearly seven weeks in Singapore for treatment of kidney-related ailments. Rana is directed by K.S. Ravikumar and the film is jointly produced by Soundarya Rajinikanth and Eros International. Deepika Padukone, Sonu Sood and Ganja Karuppu will also play prominent roles in the film.
The 61-year-old actor left for Singapore on May 27 and was admitted to Mount Elizabeth Hospital the next day. Even after Rajinikanth was discharged from hospital, he continued to reside in the island nation for periodic check-ups and to get sufficient rest.
