Yesteryear actor Rajkiran is back on screen and will be essaying the role of Konar in Sivappu. Directed by Sathyasiva, Sivappu has Navin and Ruba playing the lead roles alongside Rajkiran who plays a prominent role in the film. We hear from the director that Rajkiran essays the role of a person, who gives refuge to the downtrodden people, especially Tamil refugees from Sri Lanka.
