Actress and global icon Priyanka Chopra's husband Nick Jonas was rushed to the hospital after he sustained an injury during the shooting of a new project. According to reports, the pop sensation suffered an injury on the sets of his latest project on Saturday night, with the nature of the accident or its seriousness currently unknown. Nick returned home on Sunday and is expected to resume shooting for his reality singing show, The Show, on Monday. 

Sharing a happy memory of her time from last month with Nick Jonas, Priyanka captioned the picture on Instagram, "Miss you so much my." Having recently launched his Spaceman album, Nick Jonas, who is currently residing in Los Angeles, was expected to start the shoot for his upcoming TV show from Monday. As for Priyanka Chopra, the actress-turned-producer is in London and working on her next OTT venture. She has been in London since the end of last year and is at present attached to a number of big projects. Priyanka recently completed filming her next Hollywood film, Text For You. 

Apart from their work commitments in the world of entertainment, both Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra recently raised money to help India battle the second wave of COVID-19. The superstar couple organized a charity to raise funds for those who are affected by the pandemic and are currently in need of oxygen and vaccination. Together, they raised $1 million, with the couple later posting a video expressing their gratitude to all those made the contributions. She wrote, "Through some of the darkest days in our history, humanity has once again proven that we are better together. @nickjonas and I are so humbled by your support and by the outpouring of help for India from so many parts of the world. Over 14,000 good Samaritans opened their hearts and helped us raise $1 Million in these trying times. Countless others helped us spread the world to expedite the process. All the money raised is already being deployed across the country in the form of Oxygen Concentrators, Vaccine Support and so much more. We can all continue to help so let’s not stop here. We’re raising the fundraising target to $3 Million and we know that with your help and support, we can achieve this too."
