Kazan Khan made his debut with the film Tamil Film Sentamizh Paattu which had Prabhu and Sukanya in leading roles. He then made his debut in Malayalam with the film titled Gandharvam starred Mohanlal in the lead role. The actor then starred along side many leading stars including Sarathkumar, Vijayakanth, Prashanth, Karthick, Jayaram, Prabhu Deva Sathyaraj, etc. He was known by many people today as the villain in the romantic drama film Priyamaanavale starring 'Thalapathy' Vijay and Simran in the lead role and known for his character named 7 Times. During the later stages of his career, the late actor focused on acting in Malayalam Films and his last film was Lailaa o Lailaa in Malayalam.
