After the critically acclaimed Katrathu Tamizh with Jiiva and Anjali, director Ram is back in K town with Thanga Meengal. Ace director Gautham Menon will be producing this flick which will narrate the story of a middle-aged man. Apart from wielding the megaphone, Ram will play the lead role in this film.
After a long gap actress Padmapriya will be seen as the leading lady in Thanga Meengal. In the few Tamil films that she has done, Padmapriya has proved she is great eye-candy and an even better actress! Her biggest asset is her readiness to try different characters, irrespective of the lack of glamour or otherwise.
