Actress Oviya, who is known for her peppy roles in Kalavani and Kalakalappu will mark her debut in Bollywood through a revenge based film titled Jaat. While Oviya can read and write Hindi fluently, she is not comfortable speaking the language. She chose to do the movie because of the script's uniqueness. The movie's team that comprises a group of youngsters shot for a week in Northern parts of India. The team had lots of fun at Oviya's expense by talking about her in Hindi as she couldn't understand. Currently, Oviya is basking in the success of Yaamirukka Bayame. She will be seen next acting in a film titled Seeni directed by Raj Durai.
