Yuvan Shankar Raja is one of the most popular music composers in the Tamil film Industry who has an exciting lineup of upcoming films including Iraivan, Yezhu Kadal Yezhu Malai, Thalapathy 68, etc. The celebrated music director recently performed in a live concert in Malaysia and it also had many famous personalities including Silambarasan TR and Premji in attendance. The music composer met the press and media and answered some questions posed by them after the concert. When asked if he has begun working on Thalapathy 68, the composer said “no”.

When asked about Yuvan Shankar Raja’s opinion about speculation that ‘Thalapathy' Vijay is making a political entry. The music composer said "I thinks it will be a good thing, I guess." When asked about the controversy around the first single from Leo ‘Naa Ready’ that it is promoting drug usage, the music composer said “When it's needed for the situation, they keep those songs that’s it.” As another reporter asked if Thalapathy 68 will have mass BGM’s like those in Mankatha, he replies that the film will surely have those. He then spoke about the event and that the reaction he got from the audience was unexpected. To another question, he also said that “I am super excited for that (Thalapathy 68).”
Thalapathy 68 was announced a few weeks back by the makers of the film AGS Entertainment as their 25th production venture. The makers had announced that the film will be directed by Venkat Prabhu and it has created a huge excitement among fans. It's the first collaboration between the anticipated combo of actor Vijay with the director who is known for making films with unique plots. The next film of the actor is Leo that has created huge excitement among fans and movie buffs. The shooting of the film directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj was wrapped recently and is to release in theatres on October 19 and it is speculated that more updates about Thalapathy 68 can be expected after the release of Leo.
