Meryl Streep’s lucky charm
Meryl Streep will not be wearing a brand-new custom-made designer outfit to any of the award ceremonies this year – especially if she has been nominated for an award. Instead, she will picki¿½one from her already impressive wardrobe, because that’s where her luck lies, she believes! She says, "I'll never buy a dress again." How did she figure this out? Well, she wore one of her own frocks to the Screen Actors' Guild Awards, and she won the Best Actress award for her role in religious drama Doubt. Since her role in the movie has also been nominated for an Oscar, she is quite adamant about checking out her Luck Theory.
