Meenakshi dreams of Bollywood too!
Actress Meenakshi, who has�made the switch from traditional to bold in her looks,�has a desire to act in a Bollywood movie (like almost every other South Indian actress). The actress, who will shortly be making her debut in Malayalam, is looking for openings in Tollywood as well.
“For me, it’s the acting part that has always been most fascinating. The fame and fortune are big attractions too, but the craft comes first. And if I should get a good role in Hindi, I would love to do it. Likewise, I am also open to doing movies in other South Indian languages. I want to do an interesting variety of roles. That’s what is most important. And if I am to do a bit of glamour, I don’t mind. Glamour sells. That’s what the people want. That’s what we are giving to them,” asserts the confident Bong babe, who happens to be hotting up the November Issue of Galatta Cinema.
