Ace director Mani Ratnam has wrapped up the first schedule of his romantic entertainer Kaatru Veliyidai. Starring Karthi and Aditi Rao in the lead, the team will now leave to Kashmir for the next schedule. In the film, Karthi will play the role of a pilot who falls in love with a doctor in one of his trips to India. In Kashmir, the team plans to shoot a song and a few important scenes, sources say. The team is working on a rapid pace to release the film by the end of 2016. Produced by Madras Talkies, AR Rahman is the music director.
