Mahesh in Pokiri sequel?
After Pokiri’s runaway success, Maheshbabu is fast rising to becoming a Tollywood Megastar, with his good looks.
Maheshbabu signed a three-film deal last year with a leading production house and now rumours are floating that Maheshbabu has signed up with Warner Brothers’ Pictures, India for a multi-picture deal.
Recently, Warner Brothers’ had tied up with Soundarya Rajinikanth’s Ocher Studio to produce movies down south. Ajith was snapped up for one of their first flicks in Tamil.
In Telugu, Mahesh Babu and Puri Jagannadh have been signed up. The Mahesh-Puri combination has delivered a hit like Pokiri so it is hoped that they will prove lucky next time as well.
Shooting will start in January 2009 and probably continue from where Pokiri left off.
