Mahadev to direct Krishnam Raju-Prabhas
That Prabhas’ uncle will be acting with nephew Prabhas is old news.
Now it seems Krishnam Raju has got the right script to begin his pre-production work. At first, it was reported that Jayanth Paranji of Allari Pidugu fame would be directing this uncle-nephew starrer. But now, the grapevine has it that S.S. Rajmouli’s assistant, Mahadev will direct the flick, with the working title Raju, to be produced under their home banner Gopi Krishna Movies, which has some notable credits like Krishnaveni and Baktha Kannappa under its belt.
A pre-Independence day launch has been planned, probably August 14th. The search for suitable leading ladies is still on.
