Madharasapattinam on April 14?
Arya starrer Madharasapattinam, which is set in pre-independence era will possibly grace theatres on April 14. Directed by Vijay of� Poi Solla Porom fame, the film is produced by Kalpathi S. Agoram of AGS Entertainers.
It is heard that Madharasapattinam is a pleasant love story set in the times when the British ruled India. That means there will be plenty of work for the art director, who will have to recreate the aura of the British era. There are rumours that Arya will pair up with a western actress, maybe someone from Hollywood or Britain, for this film as it is said to be a love story of a "Madrasi" and a British girl. G.V. Prakash will compose the film’s music and Nirav Shah will handle the camera.
