It's Leo trailer day and a new poster featuring the film's female lead Trisha Krishnan has now been unveiled. This latest poster offers a glimpse into an intense situation in the upcoming film directed by blockbuster filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj. The new Leo poster shows Trisha on the knife edge as we witness her in terror when she comes face-to-face with a sharp knife pointed at her with bloodstains splattered all over. Trisha is paired with Vijay once again after a gap of 15 years and the duo is expected to recreate the magic from the 2000s when they starred together in films Ghilli (2004), Thirupaachi (2005), Aathi (2006), and Kuruvi (2008).

Vijay's Leo is billed to be a gangster action drama and this latest poster of Trisha is yet another reminder that fans are in for a high-octane visual treat in theatres starting October 19 when the film opens in cinemas worldwide. The actress had first shared a glimpse of herself alongside the leading Tamil actor by posting a picture on social media on his birthday, with fans sharing their excitement to witness them in the film on the big screen soon. Trisha has also been sharing pictures taken during the shooting, with the Leo team also releasing a behind-the-scenes still of her alongside Vijay from the sets on her birthday on May 4.

Leo is a reunion of sorts for not only Trisha with Vijay but also marks the second occasion that the Tamil superstar is collaborating with director Lokesh Kanagaraj after their blockbuster, Master (2021). The film has an ensemble star cast featuring the likes of iconic Hindi actor Sanjay Dutt who is playing the antagonist, followed by 'Action King' Arjun, Mysskin, Mansoor Ali Khan, Priya Anand, Gautham Menon, Sandy master, Mathew Thomas, among others appearing in pivotal roles. Leo is also the second time both Vijay and Lokesh Kanagaraj roped in 'Rockstar' Anirudh Ravichander to compose the music, with his songs receiving stellar feedback, and the wait is now on to listen to his background score in the film when it comes out in theatres in two weeks' time.
