Laudable effort, says director Sasi
Director Sasi lauded the efforts of the think-tank instrumental in releasing Vannathu Poochi as a book. The book launch preceded the screening of the movie for the media gathering. Receiving the first copy of the book from Sasi, director Rasi Azhagappan said the entire unit owed it to Badri, publisher of Kizhakku Padhipagam, who came forward to print the book at an affordable cost.
What pleased Sasi was the storyline focusing on the importance of showering love on children melding well with the screenplay and dialogues in the book. "Books are a treasure living long in one's memories," was how Sasi saw the positive aspect.
Azhagappan fervently expressed his hope that his message reaches the targeted audience when the movie releases this Friday.
