KRR sans beard!
When director K. Raghavendra Rao and writer J.K. Bharavi of Pandurangadu fame made a whistle stop at a theatre (showing Pandurangadu) in Ongole on their way back from Tirupati, they were given a rousing welcome.
While talking to the audience, KRR was reticent, letting J.K. Bharavi give all the answers. The writer said that the movie was still pulling in crowds and theatres were running houseful state wide.
Members of the audience who have seen KRR on TV and in papers with a full beard were amazed to find him clean-shaven. It was Bharavi who explained that the director had it removed at Tirumala, which he usually does after the success of each film.
The writer also stated that KRR and he were working on their next project already.
