Director Kulandai Velappan’s Yakkai stars Kreshna and Swati in the lead and Prakash Raj plays a pivotal role in the film. Produced under the banner Prim Pictures, this film has music by Yuvanshankar Raja.

The first shooting schedule of Yakkai commenced on November 5 and in another week this team is all set to start shooting the second schedule. This second schedule will start on December 1st in Coimbatore and the cast and crew of this film are gearing up for another eventful round of shooting.
