Keerthy Suresh has several exciting projects in her lineup and one among those happens to be Good Luck Sakhi. The movie is directed by acclaimed filmmaker Nagesh Kukunoor and has got solid amount of expectations among the fans and film buffs. Very recently, a section of media speculated that the makers of Good Luck Sakhi are planning for a direct OTT release and reports also suggested that talks are on with Zee 5 streaming platform. The news has now been officially clarified by the makers, who have denied it. Producer Sudheer Chandra issued a statement, this morning (June 7) and requested the media not to speculate anything about the film's release.

The official statement read, "There are rumours that we are going for a direct OTT release all over media. Kindly request media to refrain from saying so. None of it is true. We will come with an update if any. Hoping everyone stays home and stays safe. Sudheer Chandra, Producer, Worth A Shot Motion Arts". Good Luck Sakhi was initially planned to release on June 3 in theatres, but due to the pandemic and the severity of the second wave of Covid 19, the plan was called off and the team is now waiting for a new date. Good Luck Sakhi features Keerthy Suresh and Aadhi Pinisetty in the lead roles, while Jagapathi Babu, Ramaprabha, and Rahul Ramakrishna will be seen in pivotal roles.

While the film is originally shot in Telugu, it will also have a dubbed release in Tamil and Malayalam. Produced by Sudheer Chandra under the banner of Worth A Shot Motion Arts, the film has music scored by Devi Sri Prasad and cinematography handled by Chirantan Das. Keerthy Suresh plays a shooter in this film, while Jagapathi Babu will be seen as her coach. Aadhi Pinisetty plays her love interest.
