We had already reported that Keerthy Suresh will be making her Bollywood debut very soon in Badhaai Ho fame director Amit Sharma's next outing. The same has now been confirmed with an official announcement from the makers. Nerkonda Paarvai producer Boney Kapoor will bankroll this film and he confirmed the news through his latest interview.

Keerthy Suresh will be paired opposite Ajay Devgn in her debut Bollywood flick and it will be based on the life of former Indian football coach and manager, Syed Abdul Rahim. Syed is also regarded as the architect of modern Indian football and Ajay Devgn will essay the footballer's role. Keerthy Suresh will play his wife in the film.

This yet to be titled film will be made in Hindi, however, the makers feel that the story of the film will have a pan-Indian appeal. Apart from the football journey of Syed, the film will also focus on the relationship between him and his wife post their marriage. This announcement has made Keerthy's fans excited.
