Holidays for Sandalwood
Rain or shine, day or night, film industries all around the world never stop working and keep churning out new films regularly. All the time, directors, actors and other artists struggle to keep up with times and dates they have allotted. In a recent interview, Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor confessed that she is literally living out of suitcases and that it's been months since she saw her father!!
Well, Sandalwood always prefers to be different and the KFCC has called for a break of 15 days. It is the occasion of Amrita Mahotsava that inspired KFCC to make such a move and it is heard that the entire film industry in Kannada will have a 15 day holiday to celebrate the event starting from November 17. It is heard that although the Artists' and Technicians' Associations have voiced their support, some members of KFCC are not really happy with the decision and are opposing it.
