Heath Ledger wins an Oscar!
It was�indeed no surprise at the 81st Academy Awards ceremony when the Best Supporting Actor Award went to�late Heath Ledger for his unforgettable portrayal of the insane vile villain Joker in the Dark Knight. The award was received on his behalf by his father, mother and sister and they dedicated the award to his beautiful daughter Matilda, who embodies his spirit and his soul. Each of them spoke in praise of Heath’s perseverance in acting and his skilled portrayal of the psychotic villain. His sister recollected the two of them discussing being present together at the Oscars this year, because they were pretty sure his role would make it. It was quite a touching scene, with several�audience members�moved to tears at the memory of the handsome and immensely talented Heath. He is most certainly missed.
