Two-time National Award-winning Tamil actor Dhanush's Captain Miller is one of 2023's hottest films and is scheduled for a grand theatrical release on December 15. Directed by Rocky and Saani Kaayidham fame Arun Matheswaran, the upcoming period action film set during the pre-Independence era will include music composed by National Award winner G. V. Prakash Kumar, who on Saturday, October 7, held a special music session for leading Telugu filmmaker Venky Kudumula. Known best for his films Chalo (2018) and Bheeshma (2020), the hit Telugu director revealed that GV Prakash gave him a preview of the much-hyped 'Killer Killer' song to be featured in Dhanush's Captain Miller.
Venky Kudumula, who is collaborating with GV Prakash for their tentatively titled VNR Trio starring Nithiin and Rashmika Mandanna, took to social media earlier today and shared that he got to listen to the 'Killer Killer' track sung by Arunraja Kamaraj to the lyrics penned by songwriter Kaber Vasuki in Captain Miller, while adding that it is an exceptional composition and expressed his excitement for the world to enjoy it soon. He wrote on X, "In our music sittings today, @gvprakash bro happened to make me hear the ‘Killer…Killer…’ song from @dhanushkraja sir’s #CaptainMiller Mind blowing is a small word 🔥❤️🔥What a KILLER song… Can’t wait for the world to witness it soon !" (sic) Venky Kudumula's Captain Miller 'Killer Killer' song review has skyrocketed the expectations among Dhanush's fans, who will be looking to get an update on its release date soon from the film's team.

The buzz surrounding Dhanush's Captain Miller has been huge right from the get-go as fans have been bombarding the team on social media with requests for an update soon. Dhanush will be paired with youth sensation Priyanka Arul Mohan in the highly-anticipated film, while Kannada superstar Dr. Shivarajkumar, Maanagaram star Sundeep Kishan, Merku Thodarchi Malai hero Antony, Sillu Karuppatti actress Nivedhithaa Sathish, Thunivu villain John Kokken, Malayalam actor Moor, among others will be seen in key roles. Captain Miller, which had an action-packed teaser released in July on Dhanush's birthday, is also GV Prakash's seventh collaboration with the actor after their previous outings Polladhavan (2007), Aadukalam (2011), Mayakkam Enna (2011), Asuran (2019), Maaran (2022), and Vaathi (2023).
