Dasara is in an upcoming Pan-India film that has Nani and Keerthy Suresh in lead roles. The film has created huge anticipation as the Naan Ee fame actor can be seen with a whole new raw and rustic look in the film. Keerthy Suresh who has become a nationwide sensation after Mahanadi can also be seen sporting a retro look for the film. The movie is directed by Srikanth Odela, an assistant director of Pushpa fame director Sukumar. It is set to be released in five languages across India including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi. Dasara also has an exciting supporting cast of Samuthirakani, Dheekshith Shetty, Shine Tom Chacko, and Sai Kumar in supporting roles.
The production house that is bankrolling the film SLV Cinemas Official has now revealed the trailer of the anticipated flick that is set to be released in theatres across India on March 30. The trailer shows that Dasara is set in the 1970s and 80s in a rural village around the Singareni coal mines near Telangana. The trailer shows Keerthy Suresh will play the role of a school teacher and Nani plays the role of Dharani who goes looking for trouble. The trailer then shows a sequence of events where the people of the village are tortures and killed and a shots that happen during Dasara festival where Nani fights some foes in front of the blazing mammoth Ravana. It shows that Dasara will not be short of massive action sequences.
The big-budget film has music composed by Santhosh Narayana. The background score in the trailer is electrifying and shows that the film will be no short of great BGMs. As the most awaited trailer of the film has dropped, the songs from the film have also become chart toppers, fans await the release of Dasara in theatres.
