Vishal's Kaththi Sandai, which was supposed to hit the screens for the festive season will now release for Pongal 2017 locking horns with Vijay's Bairavaa. The team feels that the film will have a great advantage when released during a festival. Directed by Suraaj, the film has Tamannaah as the leading lady and Aadhi as the music director. Cameo Films has bagged the release rights, Studio 9 has the overseas rights.
