Simhaa has quite a number of films on hand now, after acting in several blockbuster films last year. His excellent performance in Soodhu Kavvum and Neram brought him into the limelight. Simhaa has now upgraded himself to a hero in Urumeen. When asked the actor about his transformation, he credits Koothupattarai.
Simhaa says that after he joined Koothupattarai he honed his skills and took inspiration from Hollywood actor Christian Bale. He says that he learnt how an actor becomes a character by watching Christian Bale in the Batman movies.
