Chiyaan vikram new look after thangalaan movie role revisits bheema getup once again - Tamil Movie Cinema News

'Chiyaan' Vikram shared a new set of pictures of himself on Friday, August 18, on social media in which he is seen sporting a crew-cut hairstyle reminding fans of the look he had in Bheema (2008). The National Award-winning actor is seen once again at his charming and stylish best, and this time in a white shirt and navy blue trousers while also sporting a pair of black sunglasses and looking uber-cool. Fans will know that Vikram had adopted a similar hairstyle for his role in Bheema, which went on to become a rage among the youth at the time.

Vikram's latest appearance has been the talk of the town since yesterday when he was spotted at ace Tamil filmmaker Shankar's birthday bash, with fans since then gushing over his new look. The acclaimed actor has not only made a complete change in terms of his look but has also undergone a major physical transformation once again after shedding a lot of weight for his role in his upcoming film, Thangalaan. The period venture set in the pre-Independence era in the Kolar Gold Fields (KGF) in Karnataka has Vikram looking quite thin compared to his latest bulked-up appearance leaving many amazed at the efforts he has taken to get back into shape in such a quick time.

Considering Thangalaan is currently in the post-production stages and Vikram looking buff now, the wait is now on for what he has planned for his fans next. The film also starring Malayalam actress Parvathy Thiruvothu of Maryan fame, Master heroine Malavika Mohanan, Sarpatta Parambarai's Pasupathy, Madras star Harikrishnan Anbudurai, and English actor Daniel Caltagirone is gearing up for a grand theatrical outing in early 2024, with an official release date yet to be announced by producer K. E. Gnanavel Raja's Studio Green and Pa. Ranjith's Neelam Productions banners. Apart from Thangalaan, Vikram's long-awaited espionage thriller Dhruva Natchathiram directed by Gautham Menon is all set to hit screens soon, with the release date expected to be made official in the days ahead.
