Apparently the film recently received an A certificate from the Censor Board with cuts and this has not gone well with the producers. "Censor certification process not over yet. Will not compromise on film cuts. Next steps only after getting certificate," producer Sunir Kheterpal posted on his twitter page. Now the latest is that the Regional Censor Board has referred Billa 2 to the Mumbai branch. A special panel will review the film again and will decide on the certification.
