The fourth season of the hit Tamil reality TV show, Bigg Boss, is once again witnessing record ratings and viewership on Vijay TV and Hotstar streaming service. 'Ulaganayagan' Kamal Haasan is the host of Bigg Boss Tamil season 4, which has so far had three evictions namely actress Rekha Harris, singer Velmurugan and actor Suresh Chakravarthy. With Suresh Chakravarthy recently during a live Instagram session with his fans revealing that he is open to a re-entry as a wildcard contestant, all sights are now set on who will be eliminated from the show next. The contestants currently inside the Bigg Boss 4 house are Ramya Pandian, Rio Raj, Shivani Narayanan, Samyuktha Karthik, Gabriella Charlton, Aajeedh, Balaji Murugadoss, Som Shekhar, Aranthangi Nisha, Anitha Sampath, Sanam Shetty, Jithan Ramesh, Aari and the wildcard entries VJ Archana Chandhoke and singer Suchitra. 

In the third promo for Thursday, we see the contestants getting a major surprise as they are joined by Bigg Boss Tamil season 3 contestants namely Vanitha Vijayakumar, Sherin Shringar and Sandy, followed by Bigg Boss Tamil season 2's Mahat Raghavendra, Aishwarya Dutta and Vijayalakshmi Agathiyan. The former Bigg Boss contestants convey their Diwali wishes to the ongoing season's participants and are seen appearing on video call in light of the restrictions due to COVID-19. Apart from the wishes, we see Aishwarya Dutta calling Som Shekhar as a 'romantic boy', leaving him surprised, with other contestants teasing him subsequently. The promo for tonight's episode also has the Bigg Boss Tamil season 4 contestants participating in several tasks and shows them all having a fun time. 

This latest promo shows that all is good between the Bigg Boss season 4 contestants considering they are being paid a virtual visit by former participants. Among the earlier two promos, the first one was serious as it addressed Balaji Murugadoss' activities, with instructions being given to him to properly understand the rules behind the 'Paatti Sollai Thatthaadhe' task. The second promo of the day also centered around the 'Paatti Sollai Thatthaadhe' task this time showed Som Shekhar, Ramya Pandian and Gabriella reveal the successful strategy they had formed as a team in thwarting the other contestants from stealing a set of papers.
