Ace director Mani Ratnam needs no introduction! Everything about the director will make headlines; we all know that the Raavanan director is busy finalizing the cast of his next project, which is tentatively said to be titled Pookadai. The film will have actor Karthik's son Gautham in the lead role. The latest news on the casting is that Ation King Arjun has been signed on to play an important role. Contrary to reports it is not a negative role and Arjun has confirmed the same.
The film is reportedly an intense love story based on the sensitive issue of plight of Rameshwaram fishermen at the hands of Sri Lankan Navy.
