Anjali has signed her next film with director Suraaj in which she will star opposite Jayam Ravi. The actress was not seen in films for a while, after director Kalanjiyam filed a complaint against her with the directors council to ban her from acting in any films, unless she finishes his film.
However, director Suraaj has signed her despite those threats and assured her that she will start shooting soon. He further added, that the actress will sort out the issues, if the shooting gets into any trouble. She is likely to play a comic role in this film.
