We have already reported that director Vishnu Vardhan along with writer Balakumaran is conducting research across various temples for his next film, which is touted to be a historic script. The director is likely to cast his favourite hero Thala Ajith in this flick. Now, writer Balakumaran has confirmed the same and has revealed that the film will be about a Chola king.
Interestingly, Ajith had already tried his hands on a period film, Asoka, which also happened to be his debut Bollywood venture. In the film, Ajith played the main antagonist opposite Shahrukh Khan.
