Ajith and H.Vinoth collaborated for the third time for the film Thunivu, following the massive response for Nerkondonda Parvai and Valimai. The film was released last Pongal clashing with Vijay-starrer Varisu. Thunivu ended up as a massive treat for Ajith fans and eventually became a massive hit. Since its launch on Netflix last week, Ajith Kumar's Thunivu has become one of the top three most-watched films in the world (February 6-February 12). The mass action thriller directed by H. Vinoth has also featured in the top 10 list on the global streaming giant's platform across 13 nations. "Thunivu is among the top three most viewed films internationally in the non-English category last week on Netflix," Zee Studios announced on Twitter. The film "is also on TOP 10 on Netflix across 13 countries globally - India, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and United Arab Emirates," according to the production banner, which co-produced Thunivu with Boney Kapoor's Bayview Projects LLP.
