Now, the latest update is that the remake rights of the film have been acquired by actor Thyagarajan. Reportedly, the actor was thoroughly impressed by the film’s storyline. He further added that the storyline lingered in his mind for a long time and he has decided to remake this film in all the four south Indian languages.
