Actor siddharth about success of jil junk juk movie at takkar fans festival - Tamil Movie Cinema News

Actor Siddharth is one of the leading actors in the Tamil film industry who has done many hits films. The recent film for the actor is titled Takkar which was helmed by Karthik G Krish and was released on June 9. The cast includes Divyansha, Yogi Babu, Abhimanyu Singh, etc. The actor also has an interesting line-up of upcoming films in line including Indian 2, Chitha, another film with director Karthik G Krish, and a multi starrer film titled Test alongside Madhavan and Nayanthara. He is also celebrating his 20 years in the film industry since his debut in Boys.


Galatta Media known for organising incredible events organised a fans festival for actor Siddharth. As a surprise to the actor, his co-star from the film Jil Jung Juk, Avinash was invited for the event and they shared some interesting details about the film. Speaking about how Jil Jung Juk received praises years after release during the lockdown, The actor said Avinash, who played Jung, could perform any slang perfectly. He further said that all the actors and the director Deeraj Vaidhy as also super talented. 


Siddharth said “Many of my films have been called ahead of time, it is just a sweet way to say it was not a successful film. It's not that. I invested in the film and made good money. The reason we did Jil Jung Juk was not for money, till now, it was a film that nobody had attempted or tried. It did not have any flaws because of the team, who were all first-timers. Many think that if a film does not make Rs.100 crores collections, it's over. That is not true, making a film is a marathon. It will not die with us but will live even after us. And, the greatest of successful films are the ones that are talked about even after our death." Watch the full interview:
