Yash's K.G.F: Chapter 1 was one of the huge blockbusters in the Kannada movie industry, which has been dubbed and released in multiple languages including Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and few others. This 2018 period action movie apparently has collected over rupees 250 crores, worldwide. With Sanjay Dutt's character being unveiled as Adheera, on the occasion of his birthday, and reports on the internet state that the sequel has undergone 2 complete schedules at Mysore. Currently, the third schedule has begun successfully and is underway, financed by Hombale Films. Apparently, a lavish set has been put up in the Kolar mines, at Bangalore for the same.
Moreover, K.G.F.Chapter 2 will also be shot in Hyderabad from the 23rd of August. In the same, after filming for a week, the crew will be canning Sanjay Dutt's portions in the movie, at the Bellary mines in the month of September. The makers of the movie are planning to wrap the shooting of the film by October and will hit the silver screens in summer 2020.
In this second installment, Yash would be reprising his role as Raja Krishnappa Bairya, "Rocky" with the leading lady, Srinidhi Shetty.
