Vijay Deverakonda who conquered millions of hearts through films like Pelli Choopulu, Arjun Reddy, and Geetha Govindam, is ready for his next flick, Dear Comrade. The film was supposed to release on May 31 initially, but later on, the makers announced that the film is postponed for creative reasons. The film is right now in the post production stages and the makers have now come up with the new release date.

This Vijay Deverakonda starrer will hit the screens on July 26, this year. While the Telugu teaser has 9 million views on YouTube, the Tamil teaser also has 2.2 million views. This will be the second time that Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda will be collaborating, after Geetha Govindam which had become one of the all-time highest profit earners in the history of Telugu cinema, that also earned huge recognition for Rashmika.

Dear Comrade is a multilingual film, written and directed by Bharat Kamma. with music composed by Justin Prabhakaran. The movie, Dear Comrade is simultaneously made in 4 south Indian languages - Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. The film has cinematography by Sujith Sarand and editing by Sreejith Sarang, the talented brothers duo. The movie is produced by Naveen Yerneni, Y Ravi Shankar, Mohan Cherukuri (CVM) and Yash Rangineni under Mythri Movie Makers and Big Ben Cinemas.
