Veteran South Indian director-writer Sundaram passed away at his residence yesterday. He was 76 and is survived by his wife and two daughters. Born in Trichy, Sundaram has also written scripts for nearly all the actors, especially for Sivaji Ganesan. He has directed more than a dozen films and has acted in few ventures.
