Thilakan hospitalized
Veteran Malayalam actor Thilakan was admitted to Taluk hospital in Chirayinkil near Thiruvananthapuram on Tuesday night after he felt uneasiness while putting on make up during the practice session of his play 'Itho Daivathinte Swantham Naadu' to be staged at Chirayinkil Sarkara temple.
Later, he was shifted to a private hospital. Doctors said his condition is not serious. The performance of the play has been cancelled due to his illness.
Thilakan is known to Tamil audiences for his performances in Chatriyan, Suyetchai MLA and Nee Venunda Chellam.
